The exemption granted under the Prime Minister's Awas Yojana (Urban) has been extended to 2020.  It is clear that the benefit of a credit linked subsidy scheme (interest subsidy) with poor income (EWS or EWS) and low income group (LIG or LIG) can be lifted up to March 2020.

 Under the scheme (PMAY), your first house is to be built or the buyer is given the benefit subsidy on the home loan.  People with low income can get rid of the home loan interest rate of Rs 2.60 lakh.



Let's know about the work related to it.

 (1) People whose annual income is less than three lakh rupees fall into the EWS category.  People who earn six lakh rupees annually, come to LIG.

(2) Loans up to 6 lakh rupees under PMAY in these two categories can be availed of 6.5 percent interest subsidy.



 (3) The government started CLSS under an ambitious plan.  Later, loan was given to people earning 12 lakh rupees and earning between Rs. 12 lakh and 18 lakh rupees.

(4) In the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), middle-class people whose income is between the ages of Rs 6 lakh and 12 lakhs.  It will get a subsidy of 4% interest on a home loan of 20 years.



 (5) Interest rate on home loan is 9%, so you will have to pay only 5% under PMAY.  Those who have an annual income of 12 lakh to 18 lakh, will get 4 percent interest subsidy.

 (6) Banks, housing finance companies, regional rural banks, small finance banks and many organizations can make this scheme available to the customers.

 If you have applied for a home loan in the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme- Rural (PMA-G) to make a home, then know what is the process of checking your name in the list of beneficiaries?

 (1) After applying under PMAY-G, the Central Government chooses the beneficiaries.  After the selection of beneficiaries of the scheme, the final list is placed on the website.

 (2) If you have applied for a home loan under PMAY-G and want to check in your name list, this process can be adopted.

(4) Then keep the mouse on the Search Benefit tab in the tab.  Find the beneficiary named there.  Click on the search by name that appears.  After that the payes will open
 (5) The list of all names that will open against you will be listed, clicking on your name can take full information.
 (6) In PMAY-G, you can take a loan of 6 lakhs at a rate of 6% interest rate.
