In this, the IMEI number of all the mobile phones of the country has been registered. If your phone is stolen after complaining in police, your phone will be blocked from here after the police complaint, then it will not work on any operator's network. Police can find this phone because of this database. Police can easily find where the country is being used.
Can be launched in one to two weeks
First of all, it was traced in Maharashtra Circle, where it was very successful. Keeping this in mind, the Department of Telecom is now considering implementing it across the country. Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad may launch it in a week or two. At the same time, the government has also provided three years in jail for changing the phone's IMEI. If someone has changed the phone's IMEI, it will be blocked. In any case, the police will not be used after the police complaint is filed in the stolen phone.
