Approximately 1 week after removing the ban on the most popular short video app in India, it has come back to Play Store and App Store again.  Users can now download Google Play Store and Apple's App Store.  On Wednesday, the Madras High Court stopped the ban on the app after hearing the matter on Wednesday.

Tick ​​Talk was accused of promoting pornography and child pornography videos.  Madras High Court gave the information to the central government.  In this regard, a public utility petition was filed in the court, after which the ban on TikTok was lifted after the hearing.

On April 24, the matter of TikTok was heard in the Madras High Court.  The case was filed with Advocate Muthukumar on TikTok.  After that the Madurai bench on the matter ordered the removal of the ban, with the restriction of this condition also kept that the video should not be uploaded on the TikTok app.  If that happens to be obscene and if this happens, then the company will have to take action against the user applying the video within 36 hours and have to drop the video.
